Cancellation & Refund Policy


1. Cancellation Notice

  • 24-Hour Notice: To avoid any charges, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for canceling or rescheduling a session. This allows us to accommodate other clients.

  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session will incur a charge equivalent to the full session fee, except in cases of illness (see below).

2. No-Show Policy

  • If you do not show up for a scheduled session and have not provided prior notice, you will be charged the full session fee.

3. Rescheduling

  • Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice without any additional charges. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session may be subject to the late cancellation fee.

4. Illness Policy

  • Notification: If you are unable to attend a session due to illness, please notify us as soon as possible. We understand that unforeseen health issues can arise, and we want to ensure your well-being. In no case will a session happen if you are at all under the weather.

  • Rescheduling: Sessions canceled due to illness will be rescheduled at no additional charge, provided that notification is given prior to the scheduled session time. There is no charge for a missed session due to illness.

5. Refunds

  • Prepaid Packages: If you have purchased a package of sessions and have not started any session, a refund will be provided. There are no refunds for a package of sessions if at least one session has been completed. In this instance unused sessions may be gifted to a friend or family member.

  • Individual Sessions: Payments for individual sessions are non-refundable once the session is scheduled or completed.

6. Exceptions

  • Exceptions to the cancellation and refund policy may be made in cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances at the owner’s discretion.

7. Policy Changes

  • We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will apply to future sessions.
